Past Layouts
Version 13
Another FMA layout? Haha, what's this, my third one? Yeah. I've gotta say, FMA is definately up there with FLCL for greatest anime/manga ever. And I find the images just so easy to work with...They make me happy. Well, I guess this layout made a bunch of other people happy, too. Haha. I think I got the most comments for this layout than I have for any other layouts I've made. People really liked it, huh? I don't blame them. Not too sound...Uh...What's the word...Vain, but I think this layout was great. I had it up for forever, but it was just time to take it down. I was starting to get bored of it and if I had kept it up much longer I would have hated it. Wouldn't have wanted that, right? But yeah, this layout had awesoem design, awesome coding, awesome CSS. All manga images, all my brushes. The only things I used from another place were the patterns. Yep. Juuust the patterns.
Version 12
This was my very cool Christmas layout. It featured Daisuke from D.N.Angel, a series I've never used in a layout (main layout, really). A loyal fan to the manga, I decided to use some art type stuff from it (no anime PNG's here). I had fun making the background for this one; even though the rest of the layout had darker colors, that background was pretty bright. The CSS for this one wasn't too bad...I think this was when I was starting to get better at that stuff. I think my favorite thing was the simplicity of the headers; bolded, left aligned text with a .gif red/green colored butterfly off to the side (two butterfly's for the main header). Yet, I wasn't too hesitant to change this one...Haha.
Version 11
FLCL is yet another one of the coolest anime/manga out there. I hadn't done one of these yet, so I knew I had to. And I hadn't made any layouts that were green or orange, so viola! A green and orange layout, all-in-one! But this was an amazing coding accomplishement in my case! It was entirely CSS and divs! AND right aligned! W00t! I felt soooo proud of myself when I finally got it all done. It took me a loong time, but it's very worth it...Updating the layout is SO much easier now.
Version 10
This layout was sooooo cool. It was blue..And of course FMA, again. I'm in love with this show. So, I'm sure there will bne more of these to come. But anyways...It was another one of those two-column-on-one-side navigation things. I loved the top image (obviously, sicne I used it...), but it was VERY pretty. Ed is there sitting down and leaning abck against some stone thing with his hand held out to the snow (which isn't really there). I added the star background 'cause it looked pretty (lol). I also had a roll over image on top for some important main links, and the image actually changed with the link! Cool, huh?
Version 9
When I was starting this layout, it looks waaaaay different...Actually, it didn't looks like much. It came out a lot better than I thought it would. This time I used a two-column-on-one-side navigation thing. It suited the layout much much better. I also had an image map in the header image to some network links, main page, etc. It was an orange brown color scheme with some yellow. The picture...I have no clue what it's from or who it is, lol. She's a girl with like...Goat horns and a goat tail I'm guessing. She's probably suppossed to be something off of the zodiac...Which is cool 'cause I'm a goat, lol. Woo for me!
